Why Hilltop?
Hilltop Educational Services (HES) provides direct student support in executive functioning and study‑skills development for learners of all ages.
We also serve as educational advocates for caretakers navigating Special Education and 504 services to address learning differences (ADHD, ADD, ASD, etc..) or mental/physical health conditions (anxiety, depression, etc..).
HES offers comprehensive college application and selection guidance, including early planning and financial aid navigation—helpful as post‑secondary choices and costs have grown increasingly complex.
Founded by Patrick Sullivan, HES draws on over 25 years in public education—as a classroom teacher, school counselor, 504 coordinator, and administrator—to empower students with the skills and knowledge to succeed academically and make informed college decisions.
How We Support Children of All Ages
Executive Function Coaching
Helping students strengthen their self management skills including time management, task initiation, and organization.

Educational Advocacy
Supporting caretakers as they balance school services with their child's individual needs, particularly if those needs result in Special Education or 504 services.

College Counseling
Supporting students as early as 9th grade with the college search process, which has become more involved and challenging over the past two decades.
